Welcome
Vigilante Project has developed a following amongst comic book and anime fans, having presented the film and graphic novel concepts at Anime Expo, and Long Beach Comic Con panels, to very warm receptions. We have received extremely positive notes and coverage from some of the best in the industry, as well as interest from actors, and even some indie producers. However, we believe that Vigilante Project is a big budget film, and to make those types of contacts we need an agent.
So, if you are an agent, know an agent, or can otherwise assist us in getting Vigilante Project on the big screen, contact us now!
In other news, Yvette Avenue Productions has started work on our Magnum Opus. If you like science fiction, martial arts, space combat, or all of the above, then you’re going to love this! This new screenplay is the concept that started Yvette Avenue Productions from way back when we were in Junior High School. Stay tuned for more details as we progress with this new endeavor.
Also, it’s been almost a year since we shot and released the Vigilante Project demo reel/trailer. To celebrate, watch it again! Head on over to the Film page where it has been freshly embedded, or visit our YouTube page to watch it there.
Thank you for your support. The dream is alive and well. Don’t stop believing.
I just wanted to touch on a few key things to keep you updated on the progress of Vigilante Project. If this is your first time here, don’t forget to become a fan of (or now, to Like) our Facebook page. Also, if you need to get in touch with us for any reason, contact us as soon as possible.
Hollywood Meeting
I had a fantastic meeting Saturday with Mrs. Cutler-Rubenstein of Noble House Entertainment, Inc. and The Script Broker. I learned a lot which I am applying in my writing. It was nice to speak to someone that has been there and done that, and it was encouraging to hear that she believes in the project. We even went as far as to talk about possible actors and actresses for the film. She has a ton of experience producing and encouraged us to act as Executive Producers in bringing this project to life. It will be nice having her as a guide as we move forward through this process.
New Art
Some of you have asked for more art. Well more art isn’t easy on time or easy on the wallet, but thankfully Mr. Carreon continues to supply us with awesome work. This latest stuff was experimenting with different holsters, and gear, but Andy also sent over a pretty cool action shot. Check out his most recent concept sketches by clicking the thumbnails or by visiting the Comic page, and be sure to visit his web site at www.artstudioexhibit.com.
Anime Expo
Last but definitely not least, Vigilante Project was recently approved to be part of the programming for the Anime Expo July 1st-4th. We’re not sure exactly which day or time slot we will have, but stay tuned for updates. If you would like to come out and support us, please do.
That does it for now. Keep checking back for new art, new contacts, and new information.
